Recently, our company, Anhui Hongsen Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd, has close the turnkey project with PetroChina, Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd,. Transmit and feed-in robot for coupling machine is officially put into use after three-month’ manufacturing and two-month’s commissioning.

At the present stage, steel Pipe industry mainly adopts magnetic crane to carry on manual lifting. The system turns out to be inefficient and tedious, which is inconvenient for staffs. Our 6-Axis Robotic Palletizer can well solve the problem and provide a better choice for Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.

In the process of installation and debugging, our technicians have a smooth communication with manufacturer. Two parties collaborate to handle a series of knotty problems and enhance the capacities of robot greatly. In terms of operational convenience, we fully consider the situation of the company’ production. increase the operating controller of the device, facilitate the simple and quick start of the robot, and simplify the operation process. In the aspect of safety, we add number checking alarm, compare the number of grasping collar with the set number, in order to avoid the collision of robots. Once there is an inconsistency in quantity, the robot will stop automatically. The warning light will be lit to remind the post personnel to intervene manually. As for scalability, coupling with different specifications parameters as variables, new product specification is added to the production process. The new product palletizing crib for programming can be completed by directly modifying a variable's value, which greatly increased the fluctuation of robot.

After running of robots, the number of post personnel has been reduced by half and the labor intensity of personnel has been greatly reduced. Besides, the automation level has been significantly improved, releasing human a lot from burden and pressure. The clients have a high regard for our service.
