IV.Advantages of FFS packaging machine
1.Bag de-aeration function; during the process of empty bag corners sealing, small triangular holes (size of hole adjustable, one hole each of the four corners) can be punched; the holes connect the inside of the bag along the seal which can not only ensure smooth de-aeration during pressing, but also prevent dust going inside the bag;
2.High safety level; fully enclosed structure; interlock system, machine will stop and alarm in case of intrusion and the machine can only be started again after manual confirmation and reset;
3.Analog control adopted for sealing system which is of features of fast heating speed and wide range of heating temperatures (temperature can reach 300℃); heating temperature can be set directly on touch screen; when temperature of heating elements reach the set value, the controller sends signal to PLC to control the next step; sealing reliability ensured and working speed of the machine not affected;
4.Sealing cooling system available; taking advantage of vortex cooling principle to use cold air under 0℃ (lowest -40℃) to cool the bottom seal and mouth seal successively; the cold air generated by vortex tube blows directly onto the seal part, so the heat exchange efficiency is high and reliable; the seal can be cooled timely when environment temperature is high;
