Non-standard Automation - Red Meat Processing Line Pork / Beef / Mutton Splitter

 

 

Hongsen Intelligent has been dedicated to non-standard automation development for decades. The red meat processing line we have designed can be mainly divided into pre-splittering system, boning line, packaging system, and central control system.

Applicable to the fine cutting of pork, beef and mutton, we provide users with a series of services such as design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and after-sales. The whole production line adopts the stainless steel and plastic parts which meet the requirements of food hygiene and so on. It has the characteristics of reasonable design, smooth transportation, high efficiency and low consumption, easy cleaning and easy maintenance. The entire production line is designed and configured according to different production capacity.

 

Pre-splittering Line:


The pre-splittering line is mainly used for the pre-splittering of the carcass of pigs, cattle and sheeps. After cooling the carcasses through the descending machine to the pre-splitter conveying line, the carcass is divided into two parts by articulated robots with saw application automatically. Through the pre-splitter, the half carcasses are then conveyed to the respective boning line.

 

Boning Line:


The three-layer boning line is composed of the upper layer conveying line, the middle layer conveying line and the lower layer conveying line. After the cleaning and disinfection of the turnover box, they are automatically assigned to the upper layer conveying line of the boning line. Pre-splittered half carcasses are processed through the middle layer conveying line, on both sides of which are boning workstations for the operator to do boning treatment (it can also be upgraded to customized automatic operation). The finished products are then put into the turnover boxes, which are then pushed into the lower layer conveyor to the packaging and weighing area.

 

Packaging Line:


Packaging conveying line is divided into the upper empty box return conveying line (for turnover box cleaning, disinfection and dry) and the lower packaging conveying line (for finished products packaging).
