As per customer's need of packaging or palletizing or wrapping, or two of them, or all the three modules or even more, we are able to handle the demand and provide bespoke solution for the customer. The machines inside the trailer could be as follows:
1. FFS filling and packaging machine or given bag filling and pckaging machine according to customer requirement and material properties;
2. Robot palletizer;
3. Stretch wrapping machine;
4. Pallet magazine;
5. Conveyor system connecting each module to form a complete line.
The use of this flexible mobile packaging line enables you to package material or products just at the place you want, and it will surely dramatically decrease your cost and time. The "for rent" property is really of great interest for you, because you can try the machine before considering to buy it. The labor cost for operating the system is also quite low, as the system only need one operator to supervise and more things you should do is to let it run by itself.
