Trailer Type Mobile Packaging System Integrated in One Container on Wheels with Hopper / Weigher / Conveying System
The LCS-50II Bag Filling Machine mainly includes interlocking LCS automatic quantitative filling machine, weighing controller, electric box, stainless steel chain plate conveyor, sealing machine, pneumatic system, air conditioner, air compressor and all other parts and subassemblies. Are these parts and components are installed in the container (It’s optional to install wheels under the container and filling machine, so as to be moved to the site by trailer).

Electric Control System
It is made up of F701 high speed industrial weighing terminal from Unipulse, FX1S-20MR PLC from Mitsubishi, 24V switching mode power supply and relay from Omron, low-voltage apparatus from Schneider and so on which controls motions of the filling machine. Main components of the electric control system are world famous brands including but not limited to Omron, Schneider and Mitsubishi.
The weighing hopper adopts the force structure of three-point sensors and design of center of gravity self-adaption, in order to ensure the force can be completely passed onto weighing sensors. The sensors shall be sealed and protected. The weighing sensors used in our system are made by famous German company HBM. Mettler Toredo sensors is optional as per customer’s requirement.
Pneumatic control system
It is composed of air compressor, air pressure detector, lubrication oil cup, water filter, air cylinder and electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve is SMC brand.
All the subassemblies and parts are installed inside the container, which is convenient for installation and transportation. Vertical hinged door (with stainless steel supports) is optional, which can be opened outbound and enlarge the operation space.

2. Pneumatic System
The pneumatic system is composed of pneumatic FRL, electromagnetic valve, throttle valve and air cylinder, etc. Compressed air is passed to the electromagnetic valves after flowing through FRL and filtrated of water and oil mist. The electromagnetic valves control the coordinated motions of air cylinders as per the instruction of PLC. The throttle valve is used to adjust the piston of air cylinder.
3. Dedusting System
The filling machine is equipped with XLT500 cyclone dust collector 2000m3/h. The dust collector includes barrel, air sucking tube, air discharging tube, dust bag, blower, dust sucking tube, etc. when dust in the air comes into the cyclone dust collector from the inlet, the air flow changes from linear movement to circling movement. The downward movement of most cyclostrophic flow is alongside the inner wall of the dust collector. In the process of rotating, dust in the air will form centrifugal force; then dusts and granules will be thrown to the inner wall of the dust collector, which will finally go into the dust bag. Of course, these dusts and granules are of higher density than those circulating in the air.

Installation and commissioning
The Seller is responsible for guidance and assistance of installation, as well as electric wiring and debugging. Installation and commissioning fees at overseas site: the cost of round trip air tickets shall be borne by the Buyer; USD 80/day/person service fee will be charged by the Seller.
Time for installation and commissioning: 7-15 days
Personnel: 1-2 persons (according to site conditions)
One set of LCS-50II mobile filling machine needs two 20’GP; the left equipment (material hopper, palletizing conveyor, etc.) needs one 40’HQ.
